Courtney Love (* 9. Juli 1964 in San Francisco, Kalifornien; eigentlich Love Michelle Harrison) ist Musikerin, Schauspielerin und Witwe von Kurt Cobain. Außerdem war sie die Frontfrau der Musikgruppe Hole. Zusammen mit Kat Bjelland, Gitarristin, Sängerin und Songwriterin von Babes in Toyland gründete Sie noch vor Hole die Band Sugar Baby Doll.
Sie ist ein Enkelkind von Paula Fox.
