Led Zeppelin III
Led Zeppelin III war das dritte Album der britischen Rockband Led Zeppelin. Es wurde von Mai bis August 1970 in Studios in Memphis, Hampshire, London und New York City aufgenommen und produziert und am 5. Oktober 1970 veröffentlicht.
Auf diesem Album wurde neben dem für Led Zeppelin typischen Blues- und Rocksound ein Schwerpunkt auf akustische Songs mit Folk-Elementen gesetzt. Kritiker bezeichneten das Werk gelegentlich als eine bloße Imitation der Musik von Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Das wurde von Led Zeppelin stets zurückgewiesen.
